Hey, I'm Yousuf. 👋

I'm a Product Manager at USAA, working at the intersection of technology, business, and user experience. My day-to-day focus is simple: align teams around the right problems.

I studied Information Systems at UT-Arlington, but most of my growth has come from managing real products, including co-founding and scaling GroundedTalks, an eduTech platform that's connected 600+ students with industry mentors, and delivering client-facing products through my agency.

I'm a big believer in learning by doing and maintaining a bias to action.

When people ask what my hobbies are, I say "basketball," "running," or traveling.

Those answers are technically true.

But you know what I truly enjoy?

Going all in on something. (Weird, I know.)

I get a rush from obsessing over one thing,

building something,

solving a problem,

or mastering a challenge.

The result?

Plenty of late Friday nights spent at coffee shops.
